for every cup of coffee you drink, you will need to slurp in extra 4 glasses of water to keep your skin from dehydration...
already not drinking enough water which suppose to be 8 glasses daily but i think i'm drinking about 5 glasses a day? ... plus a cup of coffee that will dehydrate your face causing tightness and dryness...
jeezz.. now i know why my face is so screwed up... must be from all the starbuck'ing
Current condition:
T-zone : oily and congested...
Other : dehydrated...
In short : i'm pretty screwed up ? -_-!!
Solution:
1. start drinking lotsa water...
2. use a BLOODY sunblock spf 15 and above...
3. start putting on hydrating masque everyday
4. stop being a night crawler...
well the list can goes on for some other people.. but for me, these are the four i need to do.. :P
but is my skin that badddddd.....??? no right?! please tell me no...
